Flathead County Animal Control is currently staffed with four uniformed deputies that handle complaints and investigations throughout Flathead County. The Animal Shelter staff provides dog licensing, care for those kenneled as well as coordinates the pet adoption process.
Flathead County Animal Control works in conjunction with other local law enforcement and health agencies, the Flathead County Humane Society, and all local vet clinics, to provide the community with necessary enforcement and education to provide for the welfare of all domestic animals.
